TradingChooser is published by FINROCKET. We compare EU-regulated online brokers – we are not a broker ourselves, we hold no client funds, and we have no access to any trading account. Use the form below and we will reply to the email address you provide.

Report an error on this site

This is the message we most want to receive. Fees, licence numbers, minimum deposits and platform features change often, and a page that was accurate when we verified it can be out of date weeks later. If you find something wrong – a fee that no longer matches the broker’s schedule, a licence that has changed, a broken link, a claim we can’t support tell us which page and what is incorrect. We check every report, correct the page, and update the verification date shown above the comparison table.

What we can and cannot help with

We can help with

  • Corrections to information published on this site
  • Questions about how we compare and rate brokers
  • Which of our pages covers a particular topic
  • Business enquiries, partnerships and advertising
  • Press and media requests
  • Data protection requests concerning your personal data

We cannot help with

  • Your broker account. We have no access to it and cannot open, close, verify or unblock accounts.
  • Deposits, withdrawals or disputes with a broker. See the section below for who to contact.
  • Investment advice. We cannot tell you what to buy, when to trade, or which broker is right for your personal situation we are not authorised to give personal recommendations, and we would need to know things about your finances that you should not send to a website.
  • Recovering money lost while trading. Anyone who promises to recover your losses for an upfront fee should be treated with extreme caution.

If you have a problem with a broker

We have no authority over any broker and cannot intervene on your behalf. The route that actually works is this one:

  1. Complain to the broker in writing first. EU-regulated firms must operate a formal complaints procedure and respond within a set timeframe. Keep a copy of everything.
  2. If the answer is unsatisfactory, escalate to the regulator or ombudsman of the country where the broker is authorised not the country where you live. The supervising authority and licence number for each broker are shown in its card on our comparison pages, and both are verifiable on the regulator’s public register.
  3. If you believe the firm is not authorised at all, report it to your national financial regulator. Unlicensed operators are the single most common source of serious losses.

You are welcome to tell us about a bad experience with a broker we list. We read every message of that kind, and a pattern of similar reports is one of the things that can change a rating or remove a broker from our comparison but we cannot act as an intermediary in your individual case.

Send us a message

We aim to reply within three working days. Please don’t send account numbers, passwords, copies of identity documents or details of your financial position – we don’t need them and won’t act on them.
