AI USE POLICY
How automated tools may support our editorial work
TradingChooser may use artificial intelligence and other automated tools to support parts of research, organisation and editing. These tools do not replace responsibility for verifying financial claims.
Permitted uses
- Organising research notes and source material.
- Preparing outlines or first-draft structures.
- Improving grammar, readability and consistency.
- Identifying possible contradictions or missing fields for human review.
- Classifying non-sensitive information used in editorial workflows.
What automated tools must not invent
- Tests, deposits, withdrawals or support interactions that did not occur.
- Quotes, interviews, users, clients or case studies.
- Professional qualifications, licences or experience.
- Regulatory status, fees, statistics or product conditions.
- Guaranteed outcomes, returns or personalised suitability conclusions.
Human verification
Important financial claims should be checked against the relevant source before publication. A fluent or confident draft is not treated as evidence that a statement is accurate.
Disclosure
TradingChooser may provide additional information about the production process when automation has played a substantial role or when readers would reasonably need that context to assess a page, tool or personalised output.
Responsibility
The named contributor and publisher remain responsible for the material presented on the page. Automated tools are not listed as authors and are not represented as financial professionals.
Where information cannot be verified, the page should remain unpublished or the unsupported statement should be removed. Missing evidence must not be replaced with a plausible assumption.
